I purchased two of these neckwarmers for for my granddaughters. They are far more practical for a 3 1/2 year old than a scarf. They are well-made, very soft and warm, as well as a good value. The little girls really like them and will have them for a long time to come. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they arrived.
