What is the temperature recommondation for this jacket? Does it keep you warm at sub zero temperatures?

People differ so much in their personal preference for warmth so jacket are not rated for temperatures. This does however have 120g of insulation which is pretty warm. With proper layering you should be warm enough in colder temperatures.
