Are the waist adjusters for the Rossignol Leader STR Insulated Ski Pant (Men's) on the inside or the outside? Do the stretch to make the adjustments?

The waist adjusters are on the inside so the outside of the pants has a clean look. There isn't necessarily stretch in the waist...the waist adjusters offer more of a "slide" so you get the best possible fit.
