Rossignol does not offer a size chart. This brand runs a little bit small.

Could you please provide some suggestions for pants(other than black) that would match this jacket in methyl? I really like the powderhorn jesse james pants in charcoal, but am not sure if this jacket would match them? Let me know what you think!

The charcoal color looks brown, for this jacket I recommend gray pants if you don't like the black ones. Check out The Sypder Bormio pant.

Rossignol is a French company and some of their items are made in France and some are made in China.

which tempreture outside correspond to 100 g insulation?

This jacket will keep you warm in pretty cold temperatures. If you are going to be outside for a long period of time or in extremely cold weather I suggest layering with thermals.
