Question by Ale on 8/19/2013 - 6:52 pm
A:
"It is not water PROOF. It's very hard to waterproof down jackets, but most companies do apply a coating to the outer fabric to make it water resistant. The water will basically bead up and roll off (similar to the way a duck sheds water). That's why we state in the description of the fabric that is is Water-REPELLANT fabric. (Not water proof) While it will keep most water out, if you are out in very wet conditions for an extended period of time, Yes, the jacket will take on water. "

Question by Ale on 8/19/2013 - 7:23 pm
A:
"According to the size chart, you should probably go with a size small. While your waist and hips fall under the guidelines for a size XS, the JCC line can tend to fit snug, so I would go with the size small. "

Q:
"Hello, I have measurements 36/30/36 and am considering getting the jacket size L (as that is the last size left). Do you think it will be too loose? I do like it to fit quite fitted with a bit of room for movement. (would you consider return for refund if it does not fit well?)"

Question by Must have JCC/Rossignol on 11/8/2013 - 5:49 pm
A:
"We do recommend sizing up for the JCC collection as they do tend to run small! If the jacket does not fit well,it can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, even if you bought it on sale. You may either ship it back, or return it at a Peter Glenn Store Location. The jacket must be in new condition with the original tags attached. We will happily refund your method of payment. Just be sure to include a copy of your receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and assumes the risk of loss, so we recommend using a reputable carrier and opting for a tracking number."
