does this fit snug and small for the size, or right on the size...some of the base layers seems small for the size..thx

Base layers are supposed to fit right next to the body in order for your layering system to work properly, so they may seem small. Definitely check out the Sizing Chart to ensure you are getting the correct size. Also, a great feature on this piece is that is has stretch fabric, so while it may fit snug, it will move with you and feel great!
