"My son is 5' 10" and weighs about 160lbs size 10 boot. Can he ride the Antic 160 or should he get the wide? Their size chart says the Antic is for boot size 7-9. Does he need the wide or can he ride the normal Antic without toe/heel drag problems? Would a set of risers help?"

"A wide board is typically for boot sizes 12+. In this case I believe that this board would work perfectly for him. He would not have any drag problems."

"I am also thinking about getting the Ride Antic 154cm, and am 5 foot 10, but I weight 235. Would I still be OK with this board? "

"For an intermediate shredder with your size and weight you probably should pick something on the 162-164 range. Longer if you ride on powder, shorter if you rip the park its an individual's choice but I would start in that range."

This is a great board for all conditions. But is not just a standard board, it makes all riding effortless and fun. It's even good in deep powder. I haven't done too many airs with it yet, but it also seems pretty light. Traversing at Kirkwood is a lot easier, my other board was pretty old so I was due and I'm glad I got this one.
