This hood is not designed to go over your helmet although it does have a velcro system so you can adjust the hood to smaller sizes.

If I order a medium will it be a size 10 or 12? When I ordered mediums from Quiksilver I got one 10 and one 12. They are unable to pick the 12 from their warehouse. I want to get the lime jacket in a 12 but I need to know it will be the size 12.

A large is a size 18. I recommend double checking the measurements on the sizing chart to make sure that is the exact size you need.
