For a size large, the inseam would be size 32".

What is the inseam on a med polarmax quattro pants? i am 5'7" and about 120 pounds. Do they run true to size or should I size up?

The inseam is 30" for a woman. Take a look at the sizing chart. If you like a looser fit go up a size. Other than that, they're pretty true to size, and are designed to fit tight.
