The jacket looks great. I really like the design and the outer layer (nice and soft). Also, the jacket has more of a "trim" fit to it than most other jackets; it is shorter than most and a little bit slimmer around the waist/stomach, which is great if you have an athletic build. If you're a bit bigger, then I would definitely recommend getting a size up.
I also have a Mountain Hardwear Monkey Man and a North Face Denali. So how does the Patagonia compare? I like the fit of the Patagonia best. It's not nearly as soft as the Monkey Man, but it is still comfortable.
