Does this product have leg side zippers?

There are no right leg zippered pockets but there is two hip zippered pockets as well as snap pockets as well.

hi there are these pants warm enough not to wear any thermal's underneath?

This really depends on the weather. They do have a good amount of insulation and can keep you warm. However if it is really cold, you will want those thermals.
