"Hi what height is the model in the video and what size does she usually take? Im a UK 10 (slim body long arms) and would like to know if I should go for a 4 or 6. Many thanks"
1 Answers | Answer Question
Question by Jane on 12/30/2013 - 9:49 am
"A UK 10 would be a US size 8. That would fit a chest size of 35.5" and a waist of 27.5". I definitely would not recommend a size 4. If your measurements are smaller than the size 8 then I'd recommend a size 6."

"What is the difference between the 2 Regular and the 2 petite?"
1 Answers | Answer Question
Question by on 10/12/2013 - 4:49 pm
"The petite will be an inch shorter in the body length and .5" shorter in the arm length. "
Answer by Sarah (Peter Glenn Staff) on 10/14/2013 - 1:51 pm
"Would you be able to let me know the waist measurement of the actual jacket? Based on the size chart, an 8 would fit except that the waist measurement is a little small so I'm wondering if I should size up."
1 Answers | Answer Question
Question by Sue on 10/21/2013 - 7:40 am
"At the smallest part of the waist it measures 17.5" from side to side. That would give it a circumference of 35". The sizing chart gives the measurement of what your body should be in relation to the jacket. So make sure your actual measurement isn't above 31" so that you have room to move around and layer."
Answer by Sarah (Peter Glenn Staff) on 10/22/2013 - 1:37 pm
"Does a women's petite 6 = regular 4? I tried the petite but want about 1/2 - 1 inch more arm length."
1 Answers | Answer Question
Question by Cami on 1/15/2014 - 7:36 pm
"No, if you are a size 6, then that is going to be the size that fits you in either regular or petite. The petite version is simply going to be shorter in the body. So if the 6 petite fit you well, other than length, then you need to try the 6 regular. "

"I tried the bombshell jacket by obermeyer. Is it almost same size with that? And how big the size between the size 4 to 6."
1 Answers | Answer Question
Question by Son on 1/31/2014 - 12:42 pm
"Yes, they are both a Slim fit, so whatever size fit you in the Bombshell jacket, that size should fit you in this jacket as well. The size chart that we have provided has all of the measurements listed for each size."

"Is this True Blue color the exact same color as the 2012-2013 Tuscany jacket? The colors appear a little different (the 2013-2014 appears darker)."
1 Answers | Answer Question
Question by GK on 2/16/2014 - 8:04 pm
"As we no longer have the other model, we cannot compare. If the other model had the same color name: True Blue, then it should be the same color. However typically Obermeyer does change up the colors, even if ever so slightly, each season."

Just what I was looking for   Rated: 4/5

Love this jacket, the fit is nice and close, I sized up so I can layer underneath but I'm not sure I'll need to, this should keep me nice and warm in our New England winters. The reason for 4 stars, is that there are no thumb holes in the wrists and I wish the sleeves closed with something other than a velcro strip, seems a little cheap for such a great jacket.

Love it!   Rated: 5/5

I was looking for a feminine looking, well insulated ski jacket that was stylish and waterproof... And this is definitely it.
This jacket is great for protecting me from the one digit temps of New England, snow squalls and the harsh winds as well.
I so enjoy wearing it.

Great jacket!   Rated: 5/5

This is a great jacket. It fits well and even gives your waist definition. Looks great on and may even make you a better skier because you won't want to fall down looking this good!
