I can't figure out if the XL is really for a 7 year old girl?

The best way to know if it will fit your child is by looking at the size chart and depending on the body measurements you can select a size.

I've got L size for my 6-year-old daughter, it fits almost perfectly! I mean, that it is a bit larger, but in 3 months (when winter definitely come) it will suit her really well. I am happy to get it, because the fabric is very soft, seems to be durable and perfect. My daugter is slim - she is 17kg while 118 cm, and there is some free room in these pants and jacket (this set is not too tight, that's good)
