What are the pockets inside the coat like? Is there a media pocket, or other zipper pockets?

On the right inside of the jacket there is a small pocket that would be perfect for a phone, it has Velcro so it keeps your content secured. It also has one big mesh pocket that also secures with Velcro. On the left side there is a big mesh pocket perfect for your goggles and one vertical zippered pocket perfect for your credit cards.

I am 6'2" and 230 lbs. do you think I would have any problems with lenght in body or arms. Do you have these measurements?

It sounds like you would need about an XL so I took the measurements from there. The center back length is going to be 31 1/2 inches. The sleeve length taken from the bottom of the neck to the wrist would be 32". I hope this helps!
