I have a petite 10 year old and I am finding many ski jackets to be huge! Could you provide the actual garmet measurement (chest and sleeve length) for the size 8 of this jacket?

The size 8 measures 22" in lenght from the center back collar to the bottom hem, 17" in the chest from arm pit to arm pit, 18" from side to side at the bottom waist, and 19" from the shoulder seam to the cuff.
