But they've also included growing-kid features like an adjustable waist and the Extended Wear System that lets you extend the pants as he grows. Of course, these pants will keep him warm and dry with waterproof fabric, critical seams sealed against moisture, and Permaloft insulation. Not only do these pants include features to let you adjust the fit as he grows, but they've also upped the durability by reinforcing the stitching, adding a double layer at the seat and knees, and including heavy-duty zippers. excellent pant - good investment

Great quality ski pant. Got size 8 for my 8 year old. They were 3 inches too long but a quick stitch to the liner fabric and they were made to fit well. The elastic waist band has button adjustments like little kid pants, and with the added length he will be in them for years. The workmanship and fabric were top notch. The fabric took a lot of sticky hand wiping and hot chocolate spills and still looked great. They stayed dry and any melted snow dried very quickly. The blue was easy to spot on the snow.
