"I am 5'1" and wear a size 6. The model in the vid is 5'8" so I am wondering whether this jacket would fit me properly considering it is tapered. I am looking for a black jacket that has a semi-fitted feminine look."

"The best option is to measure your center back length. This jacket measures 26 1/4" in length. Having a longer jacket isn't a bad thing because you will have more coverage to cover your back so no snow can get up there."

"Are the measurements given on the size chart the garment measurements. Example: size XS equals 32.5 chest measurement. I'm 32" in the chest and it's difficult to find a jacket that is not too big in the back (too much material) as it is unflattering. I'm typically a 6 in a dress/jeans (a hippy six). Is the recommendation to order up from your dress /outwear size....so I should order an 8 or size small which is a 6-8....or would I order an XS which measures a 32.5 in the chest? "

"For this item, the sizing is in numbers (2, 4, 6, 8, etc), so when looking at the size chart, look at the number sizing. In the Size Chart, the measurements are a reference for your body; they are not the actual measurements of the garment. If your chest size is 32.5, then according to the size chart, you should order a size 4. However we do always suggest to size up, and you mentioned that you are hippy, so I think a size 6 would be a safe bet! "

"There are 2 internal pockets. One of the pockets has an elastic closure. It is located in the center of the jacket by the front zipper and is about 5" by 5". The other pocket is on the other inside by the zipper. It has a zipper and is 5" by 6"."

"This is actually going to be a great jacket for you. It is very waterproof to keep you dry which is really important in staying warm. This has 100g body/ 80g sleeve insulation which will keep you really warm. With the proper layering, you should be really comfortable through an entire East Coast winter!"

"The arm length is the size 14 is 25" and the size 16 is 25 1/2", measuring from cuff to top shoulder. We have the Obermeyer Capri Petite Ski Jacket. We also have the Obermeyer Tuscany Insulated Petite Ski Jacket. "
