This also is a jacket that will move easily without riding up, thanks to a shaped cut, articulated elbows, full-motion sleeve construction, and thumb holes at the cuffs. This jacket is all girl, with technical touches you'll only appreciate once you get out on the mountain.

Q:
"How warm is it in 10 degree temps and high winds?"

Question by 01134 - Obermeyer ski jacet on 11/11/2010 - 7:32 am
A:
"This jacket has 80g insulation in the chest and in the hood with 60g insulation in the sleeves. Are we talking F or C temps? You're going to need to properly layer with baselayers and midlayers in temperatures that low (F). For Celsius temps that low, you can get away with using this jacket solo or with a light mid-layer."

Q:
"Does your size chart run true? I am usually a 2/4 in clothing, size 34 C chest - would I need a size 6 in this jacket?"

Question by skibunny on 11/30/2011 - 10:08 am
A:
"We always recommend to go by the manufacturer's Sizing Chart. The way to measure your chest is using a measuring tape over the fullest part of your chest (including your cup size) and around your armpits then match the inches measured with the correct size on the sizing chart. "

Question by Olga on 6/20/2012 - 2:34 pm
A:
"Inseam usually refers to the measurement on a pant. I think the correct measurement you are looking for is the center back length which goes from about the nap of your neck down. The measurement for this jacket in a size 14 is about 28 inches."

A Great Jacket   Rated: 5/5

I just received this coat and loved everything about it. The cut is very flattering and the colors are prettier in person than on the website. The fact that it is a little longer kept me warm on the chair. I had several compliments on this coat, the first day I wore it on the slopes. I live in a ski town and ski several times a week.

Very happy with this purchase   Rated: 4/5

Love the color and the fit. It is not bulky and flatters my size 16 body. It is warm enough to ski the Northeast, temps lately have been as low as zero, with colder wind chills. However, there is no hardware to hold a ski pass, only a wicket will fit through the small ends of the zippers. I prefer to buy items made in the USA, but despite the fact it is "made in China", it is a well made jacket.

I ordered the size 16, I am a large lady skier. It is one of the few that actually fits, and measurements are accurate on the size chart. Even though it is a larger size it is still stylish and warm.
