Obermeyer did a great job with the fit of these pants. They do not come with suspenders (check out the Obermeyer Tahoe pants for that), but you probably won't need them because the fit is great.

Can you tell me the waist sizes for L and XL?

The large is 36-38" and the XL is 40-42"
