WHAT IS THE BUST MEASUREMENT AND THE HIP MEASUREMENT OF THIS JACKET IN SIZE 18 GIRLS? WOULD IT BE SUITABLE FOR A SLIM ATHLETIC BUILD 5'6" ADULT WOMAN?

The chest measurement is 34.5" and the hip measurement is 35" for a size 18.
