how long is the center front & center back on the petite size? In your description it is the same as the women's regular. Thanks

The measurements will vary from size to size. For a size 10P there is a front measurement of 22" and a back measurement of 25".

Compare Katie ski jacket & Capri. Petite size 12. Which one is shorter in length & do both fit the same in upper body? Does the velcro along zipper catch on clothing?

The Capri jacket center back length is 26 inches, the Katie jacket center back length is 27.25", they both have similar fit. The Velcro along the zipper closes the flap that goes on top of the zipper it will not interfere with the zipper at all.

This jacket will keep you warm, it has 140 grams of insulation. For those really cold days we always recommend to layer up!

The length measurements would vary. This jacket measures: Centerfront 22.5" / Centerback 26.5" If you need a longer jacket, go for the regular length.

Is this really water proof? Also, I see it does not have ventilaton pit zips. I love the style however I rip it up and will break a sweat when I ski, expecially in powder or busting trail. Ventilation is important. Will this jacket handle those needs.

I just bought this coat in 16 regular and it is huge!! I need a size to fit a 43"chest, 41"waist and shoulder to wrist is 20". The 16 regular is way bigger than 43" in the chest. I want to reorder but am in Canada so I want to be sure to order the right size and I want to do it fast since it is a gift

I am sorry to hear that your jacket does not fit. The next size down would be the size 14 which is for a 41" chest.

This jacket does not have a two-way zipper. You should check out the Spyder Project Insulated Ski Jacket or the Spyder Tresh 100 Insulated Ski Jacket!

Really nice jacket!

I found this jacket in our local ski shop, but they didn't have petite sizes, so I went online as the regular sleeves are much too long for me. I'm 5'4". The petite 14 fits me really well. I normally wear 14, so the size is pretty true. The real selling points for me were the feel of the fabric and the color. I got waterfall which is a beautiful blue and very easy to see on the slopes! The fabric is relatively soft - not stiff and shiny like many ski jackets. I just got back from 5 days of skiing in Utah and loved it more every day! Thanks!
