What's not to love about the Obermeyer Brooke Ski Pant? This girls' pant has a cute fit, warm insulation, and excellent waterproof rating. It also has cuffs that can be easily extended by another 2 inches. This means that when she grows next summer you can get another season in before buying new ski pants. The Obermeyer Brooke Pant is extremely comfortable to wear, reinforced in the seat and knees, and even resistant to stains. Combine that with great colors, and We'd say it's practically perfect.

"Does the waist on these fit slimmer than the twilight pant? The Alyeska pant from Obermeyer was a good fit on my daughter, but the twilight was huge around the waist in the same size, so I am trying to figure out how the brooke fits..."

""After size 18 you would need to go into women's sizing. Unfortunately we do not offer an Obermeyer pant in the color Hot Pink in Women's sizes. We do have some pink pants available from other vendors though. ""

"My daughter has just grown out of a pair of size medium North Face Freedom pants, so she would need a large in that style. What size do you think she would need in the Obermeyer pants?"
1 Answers | Answer Question
Question by kjsalene on 2/28/2014 - 9:33 pm
"The waist on a size L in the The North Face Freedom pant is 27.5-28.5". So if you look at the Obermeyer size chart here that we have provided, it looks like you should probably try a size 16. You can always take her waist measurements and check them with the size chart to see what size she would need in any brand."

"Are you able to give me the exact measurements of a size 12 inseam and waist for these pants and the measurements of the matching jacket sleeve length (from under the arm to the wrist) and when laid flat the length from one seam to other across the mid section of the jacket? Thanks "
1 Answers | Answer Question
Question by Carrie on 9/25/2014 - 9:05 am
"The inseam on a size 12 is 26" with a waist measurement of 26.5". The matching jacket in a size 12 has a sleeve length (measured from the arm pit to wrist) of 18" Typically the sleeve length measurement is taken from the top center back down to the wrist. This measurement for this size jacket was 28.25". When laid flat the mid section measurements of this jacket were 15.5"."

"Funny question, but I am a women's size 6, wondering if an 18 in the Obermeyer Brooke ski pants would fit. Never tried wearing a kids size before, but I like the no fuss look on these. Thank you!"

Question by Heather on 1/28/2015 - 9:51 am
"The hip measurements in the girls pants will measure less than in the women's. The women's size 6 for example measures hip-wise 38', but in girls it is only measuring 34". "

"Bought this pair of pants for my 13 yo, size 18. They r so unbelievably thin, can't imagine them being warm.... Her last pair was columbia with warm fleece insulation, how could this pair be warm?"

Question by Elina on 4/1/2015 - 9:40 am
"This pant features 60 grams of Permaloft insulation which is pretty average for a children's ski pant. As long as you pair it with a baselayer such as the Hot Chillys Baselayer Bottoms then she should be good to go while playing in the snow!"

So many compliments!   Rated: 5/5

My 10 year old is tall and thin at 5" tall and 75 pounds. The size 12 in fits perfectly for this season with the grow tabs let out to give her a bit more length. There are tabs at the waist that she has cinched in and we add suspenders to keep them in place. She liked these Obermeyer ski pants so much that I bought her the larger size (16) for next season. The colors look really sharp against the white snow and they don't show any wear, dirt or grease. I hope the hot pink Obermeyer coat (14) she's wearing will still fit next season! A really good looking, warm, waterproof, functional ski outfit.

My 11 year old daughter LOVES them!   Rated: 5/5

Great ski pant. Very "quiet" compared to other pants, warm & soft. They seem to run 1 size small. My daughter is usually a 14 but she needed a 16 in this style.

Great ski pants! Cute too.   Rated: 5/5

My daughter loves these ski pants. They look absolutely adorable on her too. Thanks again, Obermeyer for making a great kids ski pant.
