Requires surgery!

So I bought these and was super stoked! I loved em and then I went snowboarding. halfway through the day I could no longer feel my feet and found 2 perfect creases on the liner on both sides. I cut a 1x2.5 inch hole where the front ankle area is and now they are stellar.... I'd look around at other boots. But they are good now after surgery.
