The Venture is waterproof and seam sealed for extremely wet conditions and features full two-way zippers down each side so that you can put them on and take them off at the door without having to fuss with your boots.

A small would be good for you. Take a look at the sizing chart provided by The North Face to the right of the product picture for your best fit.
