That's about as much insualtion as you'll see in a boot, but when you take into account PrimaLoft's® exceptional warmth-to-weight ratio, these boots are really, really warm. Rated well down into the negative temperatures The North Face Shellista Boot is appropriate anywhere cold feet are common.

These boot are completely waterproof. The have a seam-sealed waterproof construction and a DWR finish that will keep you dry!

Are they easy to get on and off? Do you need to wear a thick sock to keep your feet warmer or do your feet stay warm with a thin sock?

With 200g PrimaLoft® you have nothing to worry about. The high quality insulation will keep you warm so no need for bulky socks. Getting in and out of these boots is a breeze!
