"Hello, Do these have a liner/cinch at the bottom to help keep snow out?"

"No, they do not. This is not a waterproof pant and it has no insulation. This pant is more of a spring/summer pant, not the best choice for snow. "

Sent them back   Rated: 3/5

These North Face convertible pants fit well, they were flattering and the quality was nice. However, for hiking they didn't have enough stretch to offset the tighter-style legs and they were binding when I lifted my legs. Since I would never wear zip-off pants EXCEPT for hiking I sent them back.

Comfortable and good functioning pants   Rated: 5/5

I bought a size 10 which ended up being a bit too being as I am normally an 8, but I often find these kinds of pants sit too high and awkward hence the larger size. I should have got the 8 though as the ones I bought were too long and ended up dragging in the mud. But thank goodness for the ability to adjust to a Capri or shorts which was perfect for the warmer days, and also the raw string to hold them up a bit. It was very water resistant and had no problem staying dry. And being so lightweight I could put tights underneath to keep me warm on the cold days. Very happy with these North Face pants!
