Is there a size chart available for these boots that converts that size number to the actual length of the childs foot? I am looking at these for my one year old because the infant sizes are too small.

Unfortunately, we do not have a sizing chart with those measurements. However, these particular boots are for around ages 5 and up. If the infant sizes do not fit, I would look into the smallest toddler sizes we have available.
