Would a size 4 boys fit larger than a size 4 girls?

Boys feet tend to be a bit wider than girls. So the width would be different.

The size 1 is 19.7cm, size 2 is 20.6, size 3 is 21.6, size 4 is 22.2, size 5 is 23.2, size 6 is 24.1, and size 7 is 24.8.

OK Im confused, on a previous question your answer stated size 1 and in cm. I measured my sons shoes and it was 9 inches. I converted it into cm and it shows he should wear size 5. but my sons shoes are size 2. what size should i go with?

In measuring the shoe instead of his actual foot, you may and gotten an incorrect measurement.

May people do prefer to go a size up for larger winter socks and to last another year. However a size 2 should fit fine.
