"Size 0 would have a waist of 24-25" and a hip of 33-34". Those would be your body measurements so you do not need to add anything. "

I like these snowboard pants because they are a color that goes with any colored top/jacket. The zippers in the knees accommodate my knee pads which I need to protect my injured knees.
