The North Face Freedom LRBC Ski Pants are traditional pants, updated with technical fabrics and a feminine, low-rise cut that makes them feel more like regular jeans. HyVent® fabric is built with multiple layers of protection to ensure that you stay dry, and full seam sealing literally seals the deal, locking moisture out of every seam. Heatseeker® insulation is added to provide warmth without bulk, so you can count on these warm ski pants on really cold days. Articulated knees are another nice touch in these women’s pants, so you can bend your knees without the pants pinching or riding up. The Freedom LRBC is a pant you’ll reach for all season long because of their durability, comfort, and warmth.

We do not carry these North Face pants in petite sizing, but if you search on our site for "petite" we do have other choices! for example a the
AFRC Tech Petite Soft Shell Ski Pants is stylish.

I do believe NF makes a S for "short" in it's length options. This is 2 inches shorter than R for "regular". That might help.

I WANT TO PAIR THESE PANTS WITH THE NORTH FACE WOMENS SPECIAL EFECTS JACKETS IN BLACK AND WHITE. WILL IT WORK WELL??

That would work perfectly! The two white's used in the material are the same and would look amazing together.

I am a size 6, but tall. Would you recommend size S or M?
Question by Elizabeth
2/19/2012 - 3:13 pm
If you are a size 6 I would get a size 6 however since you are tall I would look carefully at the inseam. These pants have an inseam of 30.5-inches. We do have other pants with longer inseams usually with an "L" next to the size.

I bought two pairs of these ski pants. One black one white. They fit perfectly and looked great. They kept me warm and water free.

Great style and details, as well as comfortable. I had to buy new ski pants because I gained some weight. These look good (I looked thinner :)) and they are super comfortable. The adjustable Velcro waist is nice and would allow for people with all different waists and hips be able to wear these comfortably.
I wear a size 10, am 5'7", and I bought the large. They are a trifle bit too big, but nothing that interfered with comfort or wear, and I love them. Handy vents worked when it was warmer, and they, along with a pair of long underwear, kept me warm when I skied in zero degree weather. I bought these in white along with a magenta Marker jacket and I received a few compliments on my cute outfit, by the way.
Great service by PeterGlenn.
