It means that only those colors and sizes shown for the lower price are for sale. The rest are sold at the original price.

The colors are exactly the same. The North Face is changing the name of their colors so they renamed all Black jackets to be "TNF Black".

A little confused, whats the difference between the black North Face tnf and the other black one?

Good question! If you zoom over the fleecy part of the Black option, you can see that it's a dark grey color. However the fleecy part on the TNF black option is black. So the entire TNF black jacket is black, whereas the Black jacket is dark grey and black.
