The North Face Chromium Thermal Jacket is a versatile soft shell jacket that resists wind and water and is backed with warm, soft fleece. And because it’s breathable, it’s a great choice for aerobic activities like hiking, skiing, or snowboarding. This is a jacket you can take anywhere. Use it as an outer layer in more mild conditions, and as an insulating layer in really tough conditions when you can use not only insulation but also wind protection. You don’t have to stick to the trails. The North Face Chromium Jacket can be worn on the streets for a sporty look. "The two jackets are very similar. I would say that this jacket fits a bit slimmer than the Apex does but as for warmth, they are about the same. Overall, the Apex has a looser, more comfortable fit and this jacket has a higher quality lining. Those are the main differences. "

"Does this jacket have two internal (deep) pockets? Does this garment have a fake fur like lining? Thanks!"
