Do these boots run true size or small. I am usually an 11.5, should I get a 11.5 or 12?

These boots are a great pick for winter. Check what you typically wear in boots and go with that. When in doubt, size up a bit. A wool sock can take up a decent amount of room in boots, so it might be good to have a bit of extra room.

Bought them for my husband and son. My son has already gotten to stomp around in them. He loves them. They are attractive, comfortable (a must for my picky son), and warm.
They run about a half size too small, so I'd order the next size up.

Great for cold Michigan weather. Bought them for my husband and he raves about them. Warm, insulated, not too heavy. Feet stay warm and dry. Worth every penny.

I bought these boots shortly before a weekend trip to snowshoe. While the rigid sole fits well with the snowshoe straps, the boot is a little too rigid. On one of the boots the lace/clasps actually dig into my lower shin. I thought they would break in after a few wears, but the problem persists. Overall, warm enough, good grip, good rigid base, just not sold on the flexibility or comfort.

I ordered these boots for my husband for Christmas online. He wears a size 14 which are pretty hard to find. Well worth the money. Very warm, waterproof and comfortable. He's able to wear thick socks with them...I'd say they run maybe 1/2 a size bigger.
