I love the tight fitting STH ski pants, but want more waterproofing. Do the brinkler pants fit as tight as the STH's

Both of these pant have a "style" fit so they should fit the same way.

How warm are these pants ?
How do they compare in warmth to other ski pants such as the Spyder WINNER ski pant ?

These pants are very warm with vents at the thigh if you get to hot. Both these pants and the Spyder Winner have 60g of insulation and will be about the same amount of warmth.
