This truly versatile twin-tip ski floats in the backcountry, pops in the pipe, and lays down train tracks on the groomers thanks to early rise rocker in the tip and tail, a wide waist, and a healthy sidecut. Carbon in the Nordica Soul Rider makes it that much more fun, by adding torsional stiffness and response.

i'm looking at buying the Nordica Soul-rider, is the 177 i'm 5'6 can anyone tell me if the ski is too long

It would depend on the type of skiing you are doing and your skill level. For your height I would recommend a 158. But that can definitely change once you factor in your preferences.

I too am baffled by what length to get....5 ft 11, aggressive 58 yr old. 185 lb......177 or 184? Also, how is this ski different than the Zero....Thanks

Your recommended ski size is 179 so I would go with the 177's. The Zero Ski has a wider turn radius and is mostly a freestyle ski. This Nordica Soul Rider Ski is more versatile and can be used for many different types of skiing.
