For women's ski boots US size 8 is equivalent to 25 mondo.

Yes these boots do feature the HP slide-in system. The Hp Slide is a technology specific to Nordica. The Slide-In allows for the plastic over the instep to slide back and forth when getting in and out of the boot. It creates a boot that is much easier to get in and out of!
