The flex on the Hot Rod 8.5 is starting to get on the stiffer side, so progressing skiers that ride faster will get the support they need, and advanced skiers looking to back off of the throttle a bit will find added comfort. Nordica added Full Shock Eraser to the Hot Rod 8.5 boots to dampen out shocks as much as possible.
