Can the flex be adjusted on this boot and if so what can it be adjusted to?

This boot is very soft and forgiving, with a flex of 60. It is not adjustable.

Does this boot have a footbed with a raised arch?

It has a liner that offers support, however for the best arch support we strongly recommend the SuperFeet Green insoles. This product will change drastically how the boot feels.
