Mizuno brought back the Wave Prophecy 2 Running Shoe with a lighter-weight design. The heel counter was redesigned with a lighter material that still maintains great support. This shoe is designed for cushioning. The Wave Technology sole absorbs harsh impacts from the road and then releases the energy in the form of rebound. The result is an energized stride with buttery-smooth transitions.

"This is more of a neutral shoe, so would be better for someone with normal pronation. Check out the Wave Elixir, or the Wave Inspire 8 or Wave Inspire 9 if pronation is your problem. "
