How do these Merrell boots run in terms of size? I am wondering whether to order my size or a half-size up.

Order the size as if you were getting your favorite pair of running shoes. These boots are usually true to size but depending on the socks you wear a half-size up would probably work too.

These boots do not have a temperature rating but the 200 grams of PrimaLoft® will keep you really warm even in the coldest days.
