What is the top measurement(around the leg calf)? Is it possible to open the boots when putting on to accommodate a larger calf (16")? Thanks.

Are these boots waterproof from toe to top of boot leg?
Are they a pull-on boot?
How large is the leg opening at the calf? Is it adjustable?

The upper part of the boot is definitely waterproof, however I wouldn't recommend this item to be used to walk on deep snow or slush.
