The sleeve length for Large is 25.5" and XL 26.5"

I am a men looking for a true-red turtleneck with lyra (or similar) reinforced collar and cuffs. I have looked through websites and find only the Meister Women's Turtleneck meeting my needs. I wear a MEDIUM men's size. Would I order a LARGE women's size?

A women's large might fit however the arms and neck will be narrower. You can try it and if it doesn't fit you can return it for an exchange or refund.

Women's and Men's clothes fit very differently. By measurements it will be something close to an XL; however the sleeve length, back length, and neck circumference will not necessarily fit a man.

I have other Meister turtlenecks; the warmth of the shirt is unbelievable on those windy or cold days skiing. This last one arrived a little snug around the neck, but it will stretch and all will be well.
