The XXL will give you plenty of room for layering and if you prefer a baggier fit then these pants in the XXL size should be just right.

Bad Wear & tear

I just bought a pair of these pants and skied three times with them and they are already torn at the cuffs. They have no reinforcement on the inside of the cuffs so they will tear easily when skiing. The insulated Gore Tex is great. Just wish they were more rugged. I think I'll have some reinforcements sewn into them.

keep you dry and warm

I just bought a pair of these pants and skied a few times in sub zero temperatures and through a snow storm. They keep you dry and warm. The pockets are the right size and very useable. Being 5'7, I ordered the small size. They fit perfect around the waist but the inseam were about a little bit longer than I expected.
