can i use Look Nova 10 bindigs with ski Rossignol Z11

The Look Novas have the correct width to accommodate that ski, but most of the Z 11s I have seen come with an integrated binding system. Therefore trying to mount this type of binding over top of those plates and such isn't going to work. If your skis don't have integrated bindings than this would probably work.

Yes, these bindings will fit with the K2 First Luv. However, we sell those skis as a system with the bindings included!

This binding accommodates a ski up to 85mm in width. It should work with your current ski and boots.
