How warm is the Libtech Re-Cycler Jacket does it have any insulation or would i need to wear something under it

This jacket does not have any insulation. We always recommend to layer up so you can adjust to changes in temperature throughout the day.

How do the sizes run? Would a large fit a 6'2" guy?

A large would fit a chest size of 40 to 42-inches, an XL would fit a chest measuring 42 to 44 inches. Measure the fullest part of your chest under your arms.

What are the chest and sleeve lengths for the medium and small sizes? Are the jacket sizes designed with extra space for layering? Or are the sizes "true" to the measurements?

The small jacket measures 23" in the chest from side to side and 23" from the arm pit to the sleeve cuff. The size medium measures 24" in the chest from side to side and 23.5" from the arm pit to the cuff. These jackets are made with the understanding that the customer will be layering underneath. You should always match up your measurements though to insure a perfect fit!

how does this jacket fit? i like my stuff baggy im 6'0 190-200 pounds. so what size should i get

Well that depends, sizing goes by chest measurement. With a measuring tape measure around the fullest part of your chest under your arms. A large would fit chest sizes from 40 to 42 inches.
