Lange RS 110 Ski Boot (Men's)
The kind of skier that wants the Lange RS 110 Ski Boot knows that as aggressively as he skis, fit is of crucial importance. Here's what Lange did to make it better. First of all the liner on the RS 110 is True Lasted to fit against the inside of the shell like second skin. Seams are stitched with the fabric next to each other instead of on top of each other to prevent bunching and pressure points. Anatomical padding was added specific to the left and right foot of the rider. Finally, the shell was mono-injected instead of bi-injected for better response, and easier customization. The result of this racing ski boot design is that when the liner fits your foot like a glove following every contour, and the liner fills every possible space in the shell, your movements are going to be sent to your bindings with incredible speed and precision.

"I do not have a Lange dealer in my area and I need to get an idea of what boot size I need. Any recommendations on getting a size. Thanks, Karl "

"Ski boots are measured in what is called Mondo Point sizing, which is the length (in centimeters) of the sole of the foot. Simply stand on a tape measure, or piece of paper, and measure the heel to toe of your foot. If you're foot measures 25 cm (about a US men's 7), then you're size in Mondo Point size is a 25.0."

"Would either the RS110 or the RS130 be a suitable replacement for my old Lange Comp 120 low-fit boots? Thanks!"

"It would really depend on what you liked or did not like with your current boot. The flex does change between the 2 and the difference between a 110 and a 130 is noticeable. If you're more of a black diamond, super aggressive skier looking to push it hard on the slopes I would recommend the 130's. If you are progressing into that type of skier then I would go with the 110's. Both are great choices!"
