What is the specific sole length of the size 6.5? and size 7.5? Langes are usually measured in mens and mondo sizing. Is the 6.5 the men's 4?

Mens sizing typically doesn't go down to size 4. The mondo size on 6.5 is 23(cm) and on size 7.5 is 24.

A 7.5 measures 300mm the 8.5 measures about 325mm.
