I have had these gloves before for my kids and love them. I cut the tags out so I don't know the size I ordered before. Is there a size chart?

Toddlers are sized according to age. Ages 1 to 2 are small, ages 3 to 4 are mediums and ages 5 to 6 are large.

For what kind of temperatures are the mittens good for?

These mittens are made of fleece. They are not waterproof and do not have any insulation. They would be recommended for temperatures from about 60 degrees and above.
