They are both very good choices. High quality and very waterproof. The difference is the color scheme also the Oracle has a removable neck warmer included and the New Age jacket has an extra pocket in the front.

This does have a full time hood which is not removable.

What is the length of the. Oracle. How long are the sleeves in the size 4? And to confirm the size 4 is a 34?

A European 34 is a US size 4. The center back lenght is 24.5. The sleeves measure 26" from the top of the shoulder.
