what is the sizing on this? Does it run big or small or similar to a North Face/Patagonia fleece?

Killtec would be a trimmer fit than Patagonia. A Large size for example would fit necks of 16-inches and is designed for guys that are around 5.9, the front chest from arm pit to arm pit measures 20.5 inches. Feel free to call us and we can help with other sizes.
